A four bedroom on an 818 sqm block in Alexander Heights, a suburb of Perth, has been sold for $410,000 by the mortgagees. 

It was sold by Jim McConnell from Ray White.

The Western Australian property last sold at $275,000 in 2016.

Located at 4 Chancery Lane, Alexander Heights, it comes with four bedrooms, multiple tiled living areas, and studio room in the rear yard. 

It is less than 2km from shops, public transport, parks and primary school. 

The suburb's median house value sits on $420,000, according to CoreLogic.
