A three bedroom, one bathroom property in Aldinga Beach was Adelaide's most affordable property after it's $232,000 weekend sale.

Targeted at investors, the 1976 property at 3 Fidge Street was described as 'run down' by selling agent Nick Van Vliet of First National Real Estate.

Aside from the house, the front and back gardens are bordered by numerous fruit trees including almond, stone fruit and figs.

A large shed with internal office provides a great work and hobby space and is backed by a chicken coop and wood oven.

The 760 sqm dwelling was last traded in for $177,500 in 2004, which gives it an annual appreciation of 3.8%.

Aldinga Beach is an outer southern suburb of Adelaide, located 45 kilometres from the CBD.
