Mixed-use precinct The Barracks coming to Canberra

Morris Porperty Group has announced its latest project in Canberra, The Barracks.

The mixed-use project is the 17^th from the group within a 5 kilometre radius of the city centre.

The 2.6 hectare site was purchased in June and is located between London Circuit and Vernon Circle.

Architects Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp has been engaged for the project.

The projects first stage will include a public car park with 750 spaces.

Once completed, The Barracks will have around 6000 square metres of retail, including a supermarket and restaurants.
