88.2 percent clearance rate for both Sydney City and Inner South: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney recorded a preliminary clearance rate of 77.2 percent to Sunday February 21 from 724 auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

A preliminary clearance rate of around 50 percent was recorded in the Baulkham Hills  and Hawkesbury regions, 88.2 percent for both the City and Inner South region and 88 percent in the Eastern Suburbs.
