Luxeland Group launches mixed-use development Alula in Waterloo

Alula, a $55 million boutique, mixed-use development in Sydney’s Waterloo by Luxeland Group has been launched.

The 42 apartment Alula Waterloo has been designed by the UK-based, Grimshaw Architects with floor to ceiling glass façade wrapping around the entire building.

Every apartment has a balcony and collapsible glass-panel living room walls.

A central courtyard is designed to bring north-south/east-west cross ventilation for every residence along with natural light refraction.

Alula’s offering is pitched to the local owner-occupier market.

There are only eight to nine apartments per floor.

"Grimshaw has created a truly amazing design," explains Diana Ren, Director of Luxeland.

"Around 35% of all apartments are also corner positioned on three sides, with views and expansive outdoor entertaining spaces.”
