Canberra unit median prices approaching $400,000 mark: CoreLogic

Canberra’s unit prices in private treaty sale hover around the $400,000 mark, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the current median price for units in Canberra is $399,250.

Houses in Canberra cost around a $605,000 medium.

Sydney continues to be the most expensive place to purchase a unit with units sitting at a $730,000 medium.

Adelaide is the cheapest place to purchase a unit with a unit there costing around a $348,500 medium.

A one bedroom unit at 7/16 Macpherson Street, O’Connor (above) has been listed for above $360,000.

Similarly a three bedroom unit at 15/48 Lampard Circuit, Bruce (below) has been listed for $390,000 plus.
