Terrigal records NSW's worst five year median price decline: Investar

Terrigal recorded the highest housing median price decline over the past five years in New South Wales, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that over this time period, the median price in Terrigal has declined by 47 percent.

This is followed by nearby beach location, Avoca Beach with 37 percent and then Aberdeen with 21 percent.

Similarly a two bedroom house at 64/474 Terrigal Drive, Terrigal (below) has been listed for between $180,000 to $190,000.

Similarly a two bedroom house at 46/2-10 Duffys Road, Terrigal (below) was sold in February this year for $130,000.
