Hutch & Hutch sees 14 apartments sell on long weekend Saturday launch

BridgeLane launched their residential Surry Hills warehouse development, Hutch & Hutch with a strong result selling 14 out of 18 apartments on the long weekend Saturday morning. 

CBRE agent Tim Rees advised 13 buyers were owner occupiers from within a three km radius of Hutch & Hutch.

"The majority of our purchasers today came from the inner city, with some moving from the eastern suburbs.

"We found a handful of buyers were downsizers looking to move closer to the city for a different lifestyle."

Designed by SJB, Hutch & Hutch comprises luxury, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom warehouse residences as well as 12m wide penthouse apartments. 
Construction is due to commence early 2017.

2 bedrooms from $1,125,000 

3 bedrooms from $2,450,000
