Melbourne's Inner East posts clearance rate of 93.8 percent: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne's Inner East recorded a preliminary clearance rate of 93.8 percent from a total of 19 auctions for the week ending 7 February, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
The Outer East region had 40 auctions, with 30 reported results so far totalling a preliminary clearance rate of 83.3 percent.
