Sydney Avalon trophy leads top ten sales list: CoreLogic RP Data

The top sale of the week was a six bedroom waterfront home with private wharf in the NSW suburb of Avalon, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The property, 17 Riverview Road, Avalon Beach (above) sold for $5,700,000 through David Watson and David Mackay of LJ Hooker Avalon Beach.

It last sold at $910,000 in 1983 as a land value for the 2076 sqm holding. More than $5 million was being tipped for the six bedroom home.
