New South Wales auction results show 62% clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday 8 November show a preliminary clearance rate of 62% from 1222 scheduled auctions.

According to data from realestate.com.au, 364 were sold at auction within NSW, 241 passed in and 218 sold prior to auction.
 
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Mosman sold was a six bedroom, four bathroom family home at 1 Elfrida Street Mosman (above) that sold for $5,375,000. The median price for a house in Mosman is $2,80,000.
