The top sale of the week was a four bedroom home in the Sydney beachside suburb of Bronte that sold for the first time in 34 years.

CoreLogic RP Data's top ten sales listing for the week ending 27 September noted the home, 9 Mirimar Avenue, Bronte is on a 474sqm block with 180 degree views and sold for $7,780,000.
