Avalon Beach waterfront lists with $3.95 million hopes

A former Marara estate home in Avalon Beach has been listed for sale.
The 104 Cabarita Road property has been listed with $3.95 million hopes through David Watson and Claudio Marcolongo at LJ Hooker Avalon.
The boat-house Careel Chalet was the sole building on the 13,000 sqm Marara estate until 1930's.
Today the chalet is a self-contained guest-house to the 1970's timber home on a 1,073 sqm fragment of original property.
With a northerly aspect, the property overlooks Pittwater and is located five minutes from Palm Beach and 60 minutes from the CBD.
The median price for a house in Avalon Beach is $1,300,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
