NSW shows auction clearance rate of 78%: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for the week ending Sunday August 30 show a preliminary clearance rate of 78% from 1080 scheduled auctions.
According to data from realestate.com.au, 516 were sold at auction within NSW, 142 passed in and 142 sold prior to auction.
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Annandale was a two bedroom terrace at 22 Collins St Annandale which sold for $980,000.
