Outer Sydney suburb nets 100% preliminary clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data Sydney breakdown

The Outer South West region of Sydney had a preliminary clearance rate of 100% from 22 total auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Property Market Indicator Summary.
In the Eastern Suburbs, 105 properties went to auction - a clearance rate of 80.5%.
