Apartments in Dubbo, Newcastle and Sydney are in the peak of the market, according to the Herron Todd White August 2015 property clock.
Canberra, Adelaide and Whitsunday apartments are now deemed at the bottom of the market.
Brisbane, Bathurst and Mudgee are now in a rising market.
