A luxury Kew property will be a test of Melbourne’s top-end market this weekend.

For those who want to have a harmless punt, there's now a tipping website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess auction five results in Melbourne and Sydney, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

One of the five Melbourne properties going to auction this week in round nine of the competition is 3 Raven Street, Kew, one out of the box with pure luxury at every turn. The auction this Saturday will be a test for the top end of the Melbourne market.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom house was designed by award-winning team of architects Michael Larionoff, Brendan Gonzales of BCG Constructions and Jack Merlo Landscaping. The property is a massive 57 squares (530 square metres) and is perfect for the car lover, with a six-car garage.

To say the property is unique is an understatement, and this makes it very hard to put a value on it. Walter Dodich from Marshall White has been quoting the property at $3 million plus, but the buyers will determine if it is worth that or more.

If you think you know what it will sell for place a tip at Property Tycoon.
