Len Buckeridge's longtime partner Tootsie buys in Mosman Park

Sick Puay Koh, or Tootsie, the longtime partner of the late billionaire construction tycoon Len Buckeridge, has spent $6 million in Mosman Park.
It sits next door to the Swan River waterfront reserve home she and Buckeridge called home.
The founder of BCG Construction Firm died in 2014 leaving a $2.5 billion property empire.
The family home was transferred into her name in 2017, when valued at $6,425,000.
The couple had been together for four decades.
Tootsie now has a 2,070 square metre holding after acquiring the adjoining 1970s built, four bedroom home on 1,030 square metres.
Mack Hall agent Mack Hall sold the home.
