Canberra home values increased at fastest pace for six years in 2016: CoreLogic

Canberra home values increased by 0.2 percent over the final quarter of 2016 to be 9.3 percent higher over the year, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that over the past year, home values have increased at their fastest rate since they rose 10 percent over the year to September 2010.
Canberra dwelling prices ended 2016 at $595,000.
Houses sit at $660,000 and $425,000 for units.
