Sydney has the shortest national capital city median house time on market length with 26 days, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Melbourne follows with 31 days, Canberra 33 and Brisbane with 62 days.
For units, the average time on market in Sydney is 25 days, Melbourne 34 and 61 days in Canberra.
