Top ten suburbs for highest proportion of unit auction listings: CoreLogic RP Data

Two Melbourne suburbs and the Sydney beachside location of Bronte are the top three suburbs for the highest proportion of auction listings for units, according to new research released by CoreLogic RP Data.
Melbourne suburbs Kew East and Carlton North top CoreLogic RP Data's Top 10 suburbs for highest proportion of unit auction listings respectively over the last financial year.
Kew East had 34 total listings with 33 auctions, Carlton North 23 listings and 21 auctions and Bronte with 38 total listings and 34 auctions.
