Conrock Australia Pty. Ltd. is a Victorian-based Building and Construction company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Conrock work through the entire life-cycle of a project from design, engineering, manufacture and project management. The company has an in-house engineering team, precast concrete factory and specialises in full structure precast concrete systems.

Conrock are responsible for the Bloom development situated at 1240 Glen Huntly Road, Carnegie. Its construction is made up of 117 residencies with one, two and three bedroom configurations. They have also constructed a six level, residential mid-rise at 1254-1258 Glen Huntly Road, Carnegie.
