Development information for Hampton Green
Welcome to Hampton Green, set to drop anchor in one of Melbourne’s most sought-after suburbs. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and beaches, this Hampton-based low-rise is overseen by developer Steller. The esteemed architects at Ewert Leaf convey their architectural craftsmanship with the building’s stunning facade.
Comprising 19 residences across four floors, Hampton Green boasts a contemporary yet timeless facade that features a linear and orthogonal composition of natural timbers and neutral tones. Verdant foliage is draped across the exterior, providing the building with a softened edge.
Embodying an ageless aesthetic, interiors feature light oak flooring and marble finishing, while soaking up an abundance of natural light. The result is bright and airy generous spaces that mirror the nature-inspired elements of the stunning facade.
One look at the kitchen and you’ll want to get cooking! Fitted out with luxury Carrara marble, LED strip lighting, top-quality ILVE appliances, ample storage, and generous preparation space, the kitchen offers everything a home chef could want.
Bedrooms are simple but sleek with chevron patterned carpet, built-in natural oak wardrobes, and a calming colour palette that conveys sophistication and relaxation. Bathrooms facilitate the ultimate pampering experience, boasting an exquisite combination of natural textures and polished chrome.

Steller is a property development and management group that focuses on developing residential accommodation with a contemporary and functional fit. They handle the procurement of land to design, marketing, construction, and project delivery via an in-house team.
Some of their larger residential projects include The Sora in Bentleigh, a collaboration with architect Ewert Leaf located 500 metres from Bentleigh Station, and the three-level apartment building at 735-771 Warrigal Road, Oakleigh.
Steller rose to prominence by building a $4.2 billion pipeline of residential, mixed-use and commercial projects in the southeast of Melbourne, targeting suburban residential growth zones with low-rise apartment projects.
The standard demographics for a Steller project ranges from three to five levels, with between 20-40 apartments per project. They focus on the outer-suburbs of Melbourne including areas such as Bentleigh, Moorabin, Glen Huntly, and Highett.
Founded in 2006 by Nicholas Smedley and Simon Pitard, the future of Steller is in question as it looks to complete current projects but refrain from taking on new developments.
