Established in 2010, Milligan Group has been property developing inner-Sydney suburbs with a focus on apartment living and sustainable commercial workspaces.

One of their latest projects is the Iconic of Waterloo, located at 830 Elizabeth Street in Waterloo, a boutique development that will consist of 76 residential apartments, including penthouses, over five storeys, with ground-level commercial tenancies and car parking.

Milligan Group is also developing the Clarion Residences at 19 Ralph Street in Alexandria, designed to reflect Alexandria’s unique warehouse and industrial heritage. This project will feature 18 penthouse-style, 3-bedroom homes.
