Steps away from Caulfield Park, newcomer Camden Apartments combines the vibrant energy of inner-city life with a sense of community and privacy.
Comprising 20 residences spread across three levels, this low-rise hosts a facade that draws textures and tones from a broad palette. The building’s architectural form treads the line between visual robustness and refined elegance, with sharp lines, expansive panes of glazing, and thin vertical lines dominating the facade’s composition.
A cohesive mix on indoor and outdoor
Each apartment makes intelligent use of integrated indoor and outdoor living spaces that flow seamlessly into one another, graced with individually-crafted touches that create residences brimming with character. Apartments are immersed in natural light, courtesy of the open and flexible planning coupled with expansive windows.
From your car to your bar, there is plenty of room to store
Timber flooring flows throughout living and dining areas, while kitchens feature top-quality European appliances and stone finishings. Residents enjoy access to secure car parking, direct lift access, and additional storage facilities.
