What's new at Urban Portal

Overview

We are super excited to announce an initial release of our major portal enhancement.

The goal is to make it easier for you to manage your projects including a better way to visualize your leads. We'd like to help you save time so you can focus on managing your lead and sales. 

More exciting features are coming. Below are just some of the initial enhancements you will get to enjoy and experience. Your feedback would be super important to us so please don't hesitate to provide us your feedback, comment and suggestions. 

Enhancements

Consumers get notified via email when update content on Portal

Whenever you update the information on your project, we’ll send an email to buyers that are searching in the area to let them know. 
This can be a great way to connect with buyers and build awareness of your project.

 

We’ve made it quicker to add renders or images for your project.  You’ll also now see a progress bar to let you know the status of your upload.

 

More explanation of terms or simpler terms throughout the website by adding tooltips and improving copy

 

Easier to view what next user action is

 

We’ll now remind you to save any unfinished updates before leaving to ensure you don’t lose any work that you’ve started.

 

Search leads by name, email, phone number and buyer type

 

We’ll highlight the areas you are working on to make it easier to focus on the task at hand.
