Tennis star Nick Kyrgios could be spending some downtime on the South Coast after he failed to advance past the first round at Wimbledon.
The Kyrgios family have recently bought a Tuross Head holiday home with ocean vistas from almost every window.
It cost them $583,000.
The five bedroom beach home could be a weekender for the family, since they reside 200 kilometres away in a 1960s home in the Canberra suburb of Watson.
The two storey home sits on a 930 sqm land parcel just a few roads back from the beach in the seaside village that sits between the twin lakes of Tuross and Coila, halfway between the townships of Moruya and Narooma.
It is known as the family fishing village.
Last traded for $448,460 in 2005, the bagged brick and hardiplank home was built in 1995.
It has been renovated and extended, according to its LJ Hooker marketing.
It has a downstairs living area with slow combustion fire.
LJ Hooker Moruya agent Garry Robertson sold the home that hit the market in late 2015 with an initial $639,000 asking price.
The median four bedroom house price at Tuross Head sits at $470,000, according to CoreLogic.
There have been around 70 sales over the past year $205,000 and $870,000 in the Eurobodalla Shire town.
The beach house was bought through the company, Kyrgios Family Holdings, where the hot headed Nick is the equal shareholder with his father, George.
The company is directed by George.
Kyrgios, the world number 20, retired in his first round match against Frenchman Pierre-Hugues Hebert with a long standing hip injury when two sets down.
The Tuross Head Tennis Club Inc has been in operation since 1980 with its four synthetic grass courts coming with lights.
