Jaimie Woodcock and Mat Steinwede, both currently in McGrath’s Top 10 agents ranking, will lead the team at McGrath Toukley.
Mr Woodcock and Mr Steinwede opened their first McGrath office in Terrigal in 2005, the company’s first franchise office and first regional office outside of Sydney.
Mr Woodcock said opening our fifth office in the region demonstrates our ongoing commitment to this important market.
Toukley is a natural extension from our existing office locations and an area experiencing strong and sustained growth.”

The beachside suburb has experienced healthy growth with house prices increasing by 9.5 percent over the past 12 months to $460,000.

Woodcock said in Toukley and its surrounds, it is still possible to purchase a freestanding house with a backyard for less than $500,000, "which is exceptional value for money in today’s market.
