Builder-developer giant Bathla, one of the largest construction and development companies in Western Sydney, has launched its under-construction townhouses development, <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-townhouses/hillview-terrace-north-kellyville-3-23-hillview-road-north-kellyville-nsw-2155">Hillview Terrace</a>&nbsp;in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/north-kellyville-nsw-2155">North Kellyville</a>.

Bathla has already kicked off the build of the 110 two, three and four-bedroom townhouses which sit in a quiet pocket of the suburb between Smalls and Cattai Creek.

Bathla has nearly 30 years experience delivering homes across Western Sydney, having completed over 22,000 apartments across 58 suburbs since being founded in 1997.&nbsp;

Bathla launches Hillview Terrace, North Kellyville townhouse development

North Shore development specialists, Harvie Group, has unveiled its latest development, in the heart of one of the area's most sought-after postcodes.

Harvie's new development is in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/pymble-nsw-2073">Pymble</a>, on the exclusive Telegraph Road, where they're set to deliver <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-townhouses/coachwood-pymble-76-telegraph-road-pymble">Coachwood</a>, a collection of just 10 townhouses that will cater for the local downsizer.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/coronation-property">Coronation Property</a> has launched the final apartments and terraces in the first stage of its unique multi-residential development in Sydney's inner west.
