Cosmetic surgeon, and Sydney to Hobart competitor, Dr Darryl Hodgkinson and wife Katherine have finally sold their Darling Point home.
The five level 1890's Queen Anne style home has been restored and renovated featuring balconies which overlook the heated pool to the City and the Sydney harbour.
The property sold through Sotheby's Double Bay agent Walter Antonelli.
It's tipped that the listing fetched $10 million plus.
It was a busy time for Darling Point after fund manager Charlie Aitken and wife Ellie secured around $10.5 million elsewhere on the peninsula through Ray White agents Richard Carwin and Elliot Placks.
They bought the four bedroom villa for $6.95 million in 2008.

Cosmetic surgeon Darryl Hodgkinson sells Darling Point home

Kenilworth, a large Queen Anne-style residence at 23 Barry Street, Kew has been sold.
Marshall White agent Doug McLauchlan sold the five-bedroom home at a private mid-week auction earlier this month, in conjunction with Greg Sinclair Property.
The property had $7 million to $7.7 million price hopes.
It reportedly subsequently sold for $7.1 million to the sole bidder at the private auction.
It was the Kew home of the Melbourne QC Garry Bigmore and his wife, Helen.
The Queen Anne home on an 1800 square metre estate was <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-vic-kew-126870610" target="_blank">built in 1896</a>, still retaining its generous proportions, soaring ceilings and original fireplaces, the property has been restored by Beverly Usher.
It comes with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, grand formal living spaces and a versatile lower-level games room.
