It was previously sold for $1.6 million in 2004.

It fetched $2.85 million by Tower London agent John Tower in late May.
The 25th floor <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-apartment-nsw-milsons+point-131779082" target="_blank">Glen Street apartment</a> features three double bedrooms with water views of the main harbour and Opera House, and three bathrooms with the master bedroom on one end of the apartment and the other two opposite each other. 
It was bought by the Aboud family for $1.64 million in 2003.

The <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-apartment-nsw-darlinghurst-133277234" target="_blank">50 Burton Street</a> property has over 570 sqm space.
It has direct lift access via the lobby or from its two-car secure parking.
The top floor apartment was last sold in 2008 for $5.77 million.

Darlinghurst luxury penthouse with cityscape views sold

The penthouse in the Macleay Regis in the 1939 Potts Point apartment block has been listed for October 6 auction. 
The listing follows the death in April of esteemed gynaecologist Professor Malcolm Coppleson. It has been spruced up in recent weeks, but still reflects the decor preferences of his late wife, Patricia, who was Vogue’s editor-at-large.
The dashing couple had come across the apartment after I wrote it up as being passed in at its 1989 auction when offered by the executors of the apartment’s second owner, the pioneering radio presenter Grace Gibson. She had lived there for almost four decades.
The original occupant was the Woolworths co-founder, Percy Christmas, who had undertaken the construction of the nine-floor apartment complex, just before the onset of World War 11.
The penthouse has been listed by Di Jones agents Jane Schumann and Gary Sands, on behalf of the Coppleson siblings, Richard, Victoria and Mark.
Some $6 million is being mooted as initial price guidance for the 250 sqm apartment with 90 sqm across two balconies.

Legendary Manly Sea Eagles hardman Terry 'Igor' Randall and wife Debbie had no bids when their long held Dee Why penthouse went to weekend auction.
The second rower paid $770,000 for the apartment in the boutique <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-nsw-dee+why-126071890" target="_blank">block of 10 in 2004</a>. It has since been renovated throughout.

Randall spent his whole 12 year career at the Sea Eagles, racking up 208 games. He won the 1972, 73, 76 and 78 Premierships with Manly before retiring after the 1982 Grand Final loss to Parramatta.
He represented New South Wales on 13 occasions and the Kangaroo's 12.
Randall has been described as one of the most feared defenders to pull on a Manly jersey.

Epping in Sydney's north has a new apartment price record, after a two-storey penthouse at The Langston sold for $2.75 million after just a week on the market.
The apartment crowning the triple-tower development was purchased by a local buyer.
