The property investment firm says that a one bedroom unit or studio has a median price of $60,000.
This is followed by Wodonga with $69,000 and Traralgon with $110,000.

It appears many of the options are in retirement villages.
A one bedroom unit located in the Moe Retirement Village is on the market with a price guide of 60,000 (pictured below).
Situated at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-unit-vic-moe-127408234" target="_blank">14/48 Haigh St</a>, the one bedroom unit features private courtyard with clothes line.

Moe, a suburb in Latrobe Valley in the Gippsland region of Victoria, ranks among the cheapest locations in Australia, according to Investar.
Investar suggests the suburb's median unit price sits on $60,000.
It is followed by Queensland's Woree and Tasmania locality, Queenstown.

It is marketed as being close to schools, shops and transports.
