Wodonga has fallen from the peak of the market for houses in December, joining the Central Coast, according to Herron Todd White (HTW). 
The valuation firm suggests that the six other locations at their peak are Albury, Bathurst, Canberra, Dubbo, Tamworth and the Sunshine Coast. No other market analysed is approaching the peak.
Kalgoorlie remained as a declining market while South West WA, joined Broome and Geraldton as they approach the bottom of the market.
There were four additions to the markets who have been deemed as at their lowest point, Adelaide, Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley and the Southern Highlands joined Darwin, Perth and Towoomba, among others.

Lismore, Ballina/Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour and Bundaberg have all begun their recovery, joining 13 other locations including capital cities like Brisbane and Sydney.
There were no additions to the rising house markets with all nine locations holding steady over the month.

Wodonga has fallen from the peak of house market: HTW Clock

A Baulkham Hills four bedroom house in Sydney has been sold at the auction for $1.007 million (pictured below).
It was sold by Scott Dunger and Ash Singh.
The price guide had been $900,000 to $920,000.

Ballarat leads regional price growth: REIV

Adelaide property prices within the school catchment zone for Henley Beach Primary School and Unley High School are experiencing the highest median house price growth year on year, according to the Domain 2015 School Zones Report Card.
It found property within the catchment areas for Durnancourt Primary School and Seaton High School had the lowest median house price increase of all government school catchment areas.
The Domain 2015 School Zones Report Card analysed the price growth rate between property within government school catchment zones across Australia and compared sale price date against the corresponding school catchment zone.

Domain ranks Adelaide school feeder suburbs by property price growth

Melbourne entrepreneur Simon McNamara, co-founder of Grill’d, sold his 1930s Malvern family home last month.
It had been his family home since 2009 when his wife, Georgina paid $1.25 million.
Michael Armstrong of Kay Burton secured the sale with an undisclosed price.
The 4 Derril Avenue, Malvern home had $3.5 million plus hopes by the entrepreneur who is also into trampolining playparks Bounce.

Sydney house asking prices climbed 2.8% in June, with a median asking price at $1,120,700 and the median unit asking price at $615,400, according to new figures released by SQM Research.
Asking prices for Sydney houses continued to climb over June, with a total monthly rise of 2.8%. The median asking price for a house has now reached $1,120,700 while the median unit in Sydney dropped over June and is now advertised at $615,400.
The number of listed properties across Australia fell 6.5% in June from May with Sydney and Melbourne suffering the greatest monthly change.
National listings are down 3.2% from a year earlier, with falls in Melbourne, Sydney and Hobart the greatest when compared year-on-year.

The biggest yearly change in listings was in Melbourne with 20.2%, Sydney down 15.7% and Hobart 8.4%
The house price median in Darwin fell 2.4% over the last 12 months and units 8.4%. Perth homes were down 3.6%, and units 1.0%.
