Mosman businessman Necati Ates and wife Aynur are selling their Mosman home.
Offered with a price guidance of between $8.5 million and $9.3 million, the three level home on 468 sqm has six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It offers its own direct and private access onto Mosman Bay with its own sandy rock pool, a davit for lifting small boats and a sizeable lawn.
They bought the <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-mosman-124398406" target="_blank">Musgrave Street waterfront</a> for $6,430,500 in 2014 having sold their former Mosman home to cricket power couple Mitchell Starc and Alyssa Healy.
The couple commissioned the build of the five bedroom mansion which they sold to Starc and Healy for $4.55 million in 2014.
Necati and Anyur paid $1.78 million for the 671 sqm parcel and turned it into a ultra contemporary five bedroom, four bathroom property with home office and swimming pool.
The cricket pair recently sold the home for around $5.8 million to move into model Jennifer Hawkins North Curl Curl project, which cost them $5,235,000.

Mosman businessman selling harbourtfront

Millionaire car dealer and horse breeder George Altomonte has sold his Kirribilli Grande apartment set on the foreshore opposite the Opera House.
Coming with a price guide of over $8 million, the three bedroom Kirribilli Avenue apartment offers over 220 sqm of living space.
Altomonte paid $4.25 million for the apartment upon the building's completion in 2001 in a joint venture between the Waterhouse bookmaking family and Hong Kong billionaire Stanley Ho.
McGrath Northbridge agent David Howe initially listed the home in October last year with no success, however it only needed one day of its relisting to sell this week.

Horse breeder George Altomonte sells Kirribilli Grande apartment

The Chinese property developer Wang Zhijun has yet to sell his redundant block at his $52 million Point Piper purchase, Altona.
The estate’s adjoining <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-residential+land-nsw-point+piper-201480934" target="_blank">near vacant waterfront garden block</a> has been for sale for most of this year.
The 1012 square metres was added to Australia’s most famous trophy home by publisher Matt Handbury and his then wife, former model Fiona in the mid 1990s. 
A tennis court was envisaged.
The Australian reported in March that the decision to carve up the estate was viewed by some as “sacrilege’’.
Chinese property developer Wang Zhijun's offering could fetch him reportedly anywhere between $19 million and $27 million.
Rosaline Ho of Goldfield &amp; Co has been appointed to sell the site, with Alison Coopes.
With views of Felix Bay, the property was known as Murlo. It was purchased by the Hanburys for $6.25 million and knocked down to create more garden space extending from the street to the waterfront.
The Handburys sold their larger holding after an extensive renovation to publisher Deke Miskin and his wife, another former model Eve in 2002 for $28 million.
Wang is now reportedly a permanent Australian resident.
