Cushman &amp; Wakefield agents Anthony Bray and Yosh Mendis have an August 22 auction.
There will be remote bidding facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne.
The last sale on the small section of Bronte Road opposite Westfield was in 2003 when 3A-5 Bronte Road, the old Bondi Junction Medial Centre, sold for $8.9 million.
