One of Canyonleigh’s most picturesque properties, once owned by late entertainer Graham Kennedy, the Clydesdale, has sold for $1.73 million.
The Southern Highlands property on Tugalong Road was sold by Ray White’s Gene Fairbanks and Michael Maloney who were expecting just shy of $1.5 million.
Alongside a three-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet-style home, the property offered 50.5 hectares of land with two vineyards. 
The home also featured an impressive high vaulted ceiling design, a wrap-around verandah and an entertaining deck with views over the property.
Kennedy, the six-time Gold Logie winner who died in 2005, purchased the estate for $625,000 in 2001.
Producing Chardonnay, Shiraz and Rose, the small vineyards are located at the front of the property adjacent to an Olive grove.
Located just 15 minutes to the Hume Highway, the new Clydesdale residents can enjoy the convenience of Bowral only 30 minutes away.
