Apartments in the aptly named Treehouse at Midtown MacPark will soon be launched to market, offering new residents a distinctive leafy lifestyle in one of Sydney&rsquo;s most vibrant and sustainable new communities.

Treehouse will offer 162 apartments, with a mixture of studios and one-bedroom apartments ideal for young professionals, first home buyers and investors, as well as two-and three-bedroom apartments to suit the family market.

Each residence includes contemporary colour schemes and luxurious fittings and fixtures, including natural timber kitchens and Forest Oak bathrooms.

Residents will live directly above Midtown&rsquo;s hive of ground floor shops and cafes, while being within walking distance of the proposed new school, the Macquarie Park and North Ryde commercial hubs, along with the Macquarie Centre, Macquarie University, and the North West Metro.

Fraser Property’s new master-planned community in Sydney’s Macquarie Park has achieved over 100 sales since its October launch.
