Mertion has a long reputation for a 100 per cent completion rate at every project they've ever worked on.

Two years ago one of their projects, The Lighthouse in Dee Why,&nbsp;was the&nbsp;Winner of Excellence in Residential&nbsp;Construction, awarded by the Aust Institute of Building.

Meriton Property Finance offers special financing options at Aston, with a three year fixed interest rate of five per cent, which means buyers can secure a loan for up to 90 per cent of the purchase price without requiring a valuation.&nbsp;For investors, there is an added incentive as tenants are guaranteed upon settlement.

Residents will be within close proximity to Mascot Central retail precinct, which is filled with convenient amenities, including a Woolworths and 16 specialty retailers offering a variety of food and lifestyle options.&nbsp;
