Kirra Beach has firmly put itself among the likes of Noosa and Byron Bay as an iconic destination on Australia's east coast, with the trio celebrated for their rare north-facing beaches and clear turquoise waters.

Albeit adored by locals for a number of years before the recent wave of interest, Kirra has quickly become the most sought-after locale on the southern Gold Coast, with a vibrant village atmosphere, plethora of cafes, restaurants, and world-renowned surf breaks.&nbsp;

With only three residences per floor, all have been designed to overlook the beach &amp; provide stunning vantage points from multiple rooms.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Ellivo Architects Director Mason Cowle said they knew the project was a rare opportunity to create something truly iconic.

"With such an extensive north-facing beach frontage and&nbsp;panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean &amp; entire Gold Coast coastline - there is no comparison," Cowle said.

"The result is an incredible design without compromise."

On the Gold Coast beachfront, you either enjoy views out over the Pacific Ocean to Snapper Rocks or back along the coastline towards Surfers Paradise. Due to Monterey's unique positioning on a north-facing bend of the coastline, residents will be some of the rare few to enjoy both.
