Construction has commenced at the Heyington in Toorak, and despite Covid related restrictions is progressing ahead of schedule with completion pegged for late 2021.

Located at 63 Heyington Place, Sterling Global Development said it has been well received by the market with a number of sales throughout the COVID pandemic.

The development is made up of 3 bedroom residences over 4 levels, designed by award-winning Carr Architecture and Interior Design, each Heyington residence has been designed as an apartment of "grand proportions with ample outdoor space". The ground floor homes have large courtyards; one with a private pool.

‘Refined by Nature’, Heyington is immersed and informed by a garden landscape designed by Acre, Carr Architecture Director, Chris McCue said.

Heyington’s façade will feature stone cladded columns and these column bays will create terraces and showcase planter boxes to prevent overlooking on the spaces below.

The building’s form itself will be set against a backdrop canopy of mature trees and ground plants.

There are security features throughout and protected underground parking for 2 - 3 vehicles.
