Completed Apartment Tour Video: Focus by Central Equity at 81 City Road, Southbank, Melbourne

Today we launched the first episode of our brand new Luxury Listings video series, featuring OSK Property's Melbourne Square.

The video explores the deluxe three-bed apartments, sub penthouses and the impressive dual level $23M cold shell penthouse. We also caught up with Coco Republic's Stephanie Sanders to learn about the bespoke interior design options available to buyers.

Melbourne's brand new $1 billion dual tower project, known as Queens Place, has recently completed the construction of its first tower.

We were invited to take an exclusive tour of the apartments and luxury amenities, take a look at our apartment tour video:&nbsp;

The development's design was a collaboration by leading design firms Fender Katsalidis Architects and Cox Architecture.&nbsp;

A design feature I found particularly interesting is that as each tower rises, they veer away from each other, creating visual asymmetry and maximising views for residents on upper levels.&nbsp;

On the ground floor, you're welcomed into the most stunning lobby, complete with an incredible light installation.&nbsp;

As soon as you step foot in your apartment, you're met with this incredible view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling glazing. It's a view you would never tire of and one of the most rewarding features of apartment living.&nbsp;
