Mirvac’s Voyager will top out at 138 metres tall when completed in 2020 making it the tallest building in the Yarras Edge precinct of Docklands, and the gateway tower into Melbourne when viewed from the Bolte Bridge.
The tower consists of 315 residences across 43 floors which is only 2 floors and 4 metres taller than the previous title winner of the tallest Yarras Edge tower, Yarras Edge Five. Docklands however, has a range of mid-scrapers with Marina Tower being the tallest at 140 metres.
