Brisbane excitedly welcomes its second tallest tower, The One, designed by DBI Design in collaboration with Zenx Architects, soaring 82 floors and 263 metres into the sub-tropical sky, changing the skyline forever.

The sails of passing ships blends seamlessly with the delicate design and architecture of the tower, the curves and apertures of its facade, reflecting the shimmering waters and capturing the sunlight that flood living spaces through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Located on the banks of the winding Brisbane River, The One residences boast the tallest riverfront apartments in the city, prompting Brisbane’s development into a World Class destination. Within walking distance of the iconic Botanic Gardens, Museum of Brisbane, Queen Street retail and many more sites, residents will be surrounded by only the best boutiques, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife precincts in the city.

Residents will be able to soon cross over the bridge to the electric Southbank promenade featuring bars, cafes and Queensland’s biggest museums and entertainment precincts when the Queens Wharf pedestrian bridge is completed, another landmark to make any resident proud.

Amenities for the tower include two pools both with sky and river views, a gymnasium, theatre, games room, sauna and steam rooms, a bar and wine cellar and outdoor podium terraces with lush gardens and lounge facilities servicing the 428 residences.

The One takes sleek and clean tower form to another level with elegant fluidity, leathers and quality fabrics balancing perfectly with richly veined natural stones and dusty fawn-finished timbers completing the interiors in fine fashion.
Living areas feature varying timber aesthetics, hardwood flooring, highly functional and visually pleasing material palettes and a luxurious kitchen, adorned with enhancing finishes and appliances from Miele to Gaggenau.
Bathroom vanities are custom built and contain specially designed inlaid storage mirrors with reconstituted stone benchtops, highlights of timber hues, porcelain tiles and mosaic features combining a level of sophistication with comfort for all residents.

Residences are offered in every shape and size, ensuring there is enough comfortable space for every individual with spacious single level residences and two storey penthouses with contemporary colour schemes in natural hues connecting residents to the river and nature, expanding the apartment size to infinity.

Prices start from $400,000 and offer between 60 and 240 square metres of space, some of the largest floor plans on the property market in the country.

The tower is part of Brisbane Quarter, a mixed use precinct featuring a 40 level commercial tower, the all luxurious W Hotel and a new ground floor retail precinct unmatched by any other, bringing Brisbane to the forefront of quality entertainment, dining and retail precinct development.
Construction is complete for the hotel and office tower with The One expected for completion in mid 2020. Ground floor retail has already opened as well as the world class restaurants featured within Brisbane Quarter.

300 George Street – Brisbane's Largest Integrated CBD Development
2nd November 2013
As of today, Brisbane has a new mother of a development project, and no we're not talking about the new integrated casino precinct (yet). 300 George Street would be considered large by any international standards, so for Brisbane this project is simply off the chart. UPDATE - Today the Brisbane City Council has given the green light for this development to proceed. Demolition of the old courthouse is proceeding. The site which formally housed Queensland's old Supreme Courthouse will soon accomodate three ultra modern glass towers, one rising to a peak of 82 levels or 274m AHD.
