Swanston Central’s core box has officially topped out and is being dismantled as of June 27th, 2019 with the floor plates catching up at 64 floors with 8 floors remaining. Settlement notices were issued in April 2019 for the purchasers for which apartments were ready to be settled.

As construction continues, the 2 story Heritage building of the former Carlton United Breweries Building continues refurbishment. The tower is expected for completion in early 2020.
