Floor plan and more detailed information with what I get with the house, sizes, if there’s exemptions for Airconditioning, electrical, plumbing outside decking.

What is the difference between the lower priced townhouses and the higher priced ones please? They seem to have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms plus double garage.
