SKY ONE Box Hill construction update

As of late June 2019, Sky One was topped out at 122 metres with 35 levels of sculpted, bronze glass and bronze metal accents, delivered by the Hickory team.
With interiors coming to completion in late 2019, we can expect the first residents in the next couple of months enjoying their purchases and new community.
The podium and retail levels are being fit out electrically, ready for the first boutique shopping tenants.
Apartments in Sky One will feature timber floorboards, plush carpeting and open plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
