Park One will feature 408 Apartments over three buildings, each with 20 levels.
The ceiling heights for the apartments are as follows:
2700mm for bedrooms and living areas
2400mm for bathrooms, ensuites, hallways, studies, and kitchens
How tall is Park One?
While tall, Park One will not be the largest offering in the Macquarie Park area for long. In early 2021, the NEUE Macquarie Park will take the title of the tallest residential building in the suburb which is no stranger to towers.
NEUE will feature two towers of 22 and 23 storeys, just popping its head over Park One.
