Park One is currently under construction with a proposed completion date in the latter half of 2019.

Who is building Park One Square?

The project is being developed and built by Golden Age Development Group, an established Australian property development business who specialise in high-end commercial and residential projects in capital cities. Golden Age is also responsible for The Emerald, Opera, Sheraton Melbourne, the first five-star hotel in the CBD, and Victoria One, the tallest tower in 2017. 

The design was handled by Turner, an architectural studio that relevancy in their design, they opt for longevity with their design choices to ensure their projects age gracefully. They also place great importance on environmentally sustainable constructability and market awareness.
