The site of 477 Collins Street has an accessible entrance to Flinders Lane to the south of the building, where over 200-300 workers enter daily.
With high ceilings and open terraces, Olderfleet is set to be one of the most intuitive and open smart offices in Melbourne, prompting many others in surroundings to retrofit to compete.
As of 3rd of July, 2019, the core box extends to level 30 with concrete being poured for the level 27 floor plate.
The glass facade is quickly rising up the tower with approximately 20 levels until completion in 2020.
