UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Designed by Fender Katsalidis, The East Tower of Melbourne Quarter will stand the tallest at 143 metres with 41 floors.
Two Melbourne Quarter has been redesigned by Woods Bagot and has begun its first phase of construction, rising to a height of 128 metres with 25 floors of commercial space.
PROPOSED
The 143 metre West Tower will join Melbourne Quarter once approved by council, also designed by Fender Katsalidis and will become the identical twin to East Tower.
COMPLETED
The 72 metre, 13 floor One Melbourne Quarter was completed in 2018 marking the beginning of the precinct with the first phase of the Sky Park and iconic spiral staircase opening to the public late 2018.
